Welcome to the Smart Country Convention Exhibitor Shop
The Exhibitor Shop - Berlin ExpoCenter Online (BECO) - of the Smart Country Convention is your ordering platform for all products and services required for the organization of a successful trade fair appearance, such as electricity and water connections, various stand services, parking tickets and much more.
Orders in the Exhibitor Shop can only be placed by stating
your confirmed hall/stand number. This can be found in the exhibitor portal under “My bookings”, on the order confirmation or on the down payment invoice. However, information on prices and services is available at any time. To place orders, you must
register or log in with
your existing user name and
password.
To ensure smooth preparations for the trade fair, we recommend that you
- Adhere to the stand construction guidelines and submit the stand construction details for official approval in good time if you are planning an elaborate stand construction / at least 6 weeks before the start of construction
- Send orders in good time and adhere to the specified order deadlines
- book a loading zone in good time for access to the exhibition grounds during set-up and dismantling. Details can be found in the traffic guide under “Logistics Services”
