The webshop is the central ordering and information platform for exhibitors of ILA Berlin 2026.
Here you will find all bookable services as well as relevant information for planning, build-up, dismantling and the operation of your exhibition stand – clearly structured by topic areas.


Orders & Access

Service bookings are only possible with a confirmed stand number. Prices and service descriptions can be viewed at any time without logging in. Your stand number can be found on your order confirmation and advance invoice.
Please note that waste is not automatically collected during the set-up and dismantling phases, but must be ordered by you and/or your stand builder.


Deadlines & Mandatory Requirements

Please observe the respective order deadlines, mandatory forms and technical requirements within each category.
All main and co-exhibitors are required to complete the form “Information on War Weapons”, regardless of whether such exhibits are displayed. Further information can be found in the Approvals section.


Late Fee and Services Order Deadlines

01 April 2026     First Late Fee Deadline Exhibitor Services / 25% Late fee applies to all services
01 May 2026      Second Late Fee Deadline Exhibitor Services / 50% Late fee applies to all services
