The Berlin ExpoCenter Online Shop (BECO) - is your platform for ordering the products and services you need to successfully organise your presentation at IFA 2025.
Registration for the BECO ShopTo log in to the BECO Shop and book services, you will need your confirmed hall and stand number.
This information is available to you after logging in to the E-Zone (the IFA Exhibitor Manual). If you cannot find your hall and stand number, please contact your IFA Account Manager or the IFA Customer Success Team.
Information on services and prices can also be viewed without a user name and password.
Services, equipment and services for meeting rooms:
For all meeting room services, equipment and services, you will need a SAP number when booking. If you do not have this, please contact
support@ifa-management.com.
IMPORTANT DEADLINES:
1. submission deadlines for stand plans for approval:
- Complex plans: 6 weeks before the first set-up day
- Non-complex plans: 14 July 2025
2. services for your stand that must be ordered via the BECO Shop (after the deadlines below, an additional charge will apply):
- Stand cleaning: 08/08/2025
- Stand security: 08.08.2025
- Waste disposal: 2 weeks before the start of the event
